We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our investment team. This role is crucial in supporting our investment operations through efficient accounting, administration, and operational support.

What you'll do:
- Maintain company accounting records and handle tax-related matters
- Monitor portfolio and watchlist price movements
- Coordinate with accounting and administrative staff of our main business entities
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Support investment team with operational and administrative needs

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and routine accounting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Mandarin and English proficiency required
